Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial new construction plumbing as well as residential service plumbing. This role requires a professional who is adept at reading blueprints, installing and maintaining plumbing systems, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Install and maintain water supply systems in new commercial structures.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on commercial new construction and residential service.
Valid plumbing license in the state of South Carolina.
Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
